It is made with selected lean pork meat and meats veined with fats of Iberian pork kneaded together with selected spices, stuffed into natural pork gut and maturated in a natural drier.

Time of Maturation
Acorn & Natural Feed Chorizo: Between 4 and 6 months.
Acorn-Fed Chorizo “Vela 500 gr”: From 3 months.
Presentation
Piece between 900 gr. and 1,3 Kg. It can be vacuum-packed.
Acorn-Fed Chorizo “Vela 500 gr”: From 450 to 550 gr.
Acorn & Natural Feed Chorizo: 8 units per box.
Acorn-Fed Chorizo “Vela 500 gr”: 20 units per box.
Storage conditions
If the products are not vacuum-packed, they should be at a temperature below 18ºC in a fresh & dry place protected from direct light.
If the products are vacuum-packed, preserve them between 0º and 5ºC.
