Pork Loin (Lomo)
This is made with the whole piece of the loin. It is flavoured with spices, stuffed into a natural pork gut and maturated in natural driers. The full piece measures approximately 75 cm. On cutting it presents a veined and juicy appearance.

Time of maturation
Loins: Between 5 and 7 months.
Small Loins: Between 3 and 5 months.
Presentation
Piece between 950 gr. and 1,4 Kg. It can be vacuum-packed.
Small Loins: Between 400 gr. and 550 gr.
Loins: 8 units per box.
Small Loins: 14 units per box.
Storage conditions
If the products are not vacuum-packed, they should be at a temperature below 18ºC in a fresh & dry place protected from direct light.
If the products are vacuum-packed, preserve them between 0º and 5ºC.
