Ham (Jamón)
This is the most famous Iberian product, and is part of the highest quality range. Through its veining we can tell that its origin is from pigs fed on acorns. All its phases of production need to be carried out with the utmost care, but it is in the warehouses where, with the passage of time, it will reach its unique aroma and flavour.
It is obtained from the hind legs of the pig. It has a stylized shape, with black hoof and thin cane. The external fat is soft and has a smooth texture.
We also produce hams and shoulders of white pork to attend to clients demand.
