Morcon
Its manufacture is similar to chorizo, but it has characteristics that differentiate it. The meat which it is made from is in general highest quality lean, and it has to be devoid of Apo neurosis, fatty deposits, etc.

Time of maturation
Between 6 and 8 months.
Presentation
Piece between 800 gr. and 1,2 Kg. It can be vacuum-packed.

Storage conditions
If the products are not vacuum-packed, they should be at a temperature below 18ºC in a fresh & dry place protected from direct light.
If the products are vacuum-packed, preserve them between 0º and 5ºC.
Best-before date
It is indicated on the product label.
Advice
Slicing with a knife or use of meat slicers recommended, with a thickness of 3-5 mm. It is ideal to consume it as an appetizer, in sandwiches or in other dishes.
