Product elaborated with loin and fats of Iberian pork and stuffed into its natural gut, with a time of maturation in a natural drier of approximately two months. With a soft texture, it is perfect to spread it on bread.

Storage conditions
If the products are not vacuum-packed, they should be at a temperature below 18ºC in a fresh & dry place protected from direct light.
If the products are vacuum-packed, preserve them between 0º and 5ºC.
Best-before date
It is indicated on the product label.
Advice
It is recommended to cut it in tracks of approximately 8-10 mm. of thickness and to spread it on bread. It is ideal to consume it as an appetizer or in cold/warm sandwiches.
